Final drive looks better on the auto.

Well, don't know about that, just coz of the sound from the exhaust... we'll see...

Maybe the tune might make the final drive better too... never know...

My Lancer used to cruise at a little over 3000rpm at 110km/h... which I thought was nuts, after being in commodores which cruise at a little over 2000rpm...

Said smaller engines do have to rev more... so maybe thats the case with your 2.5?

The 2.5 is bigger then your 2.0T ...

Really need a 6 speed. I should see if the Gen 4's hook up. I do enough distance driving for it to be worth it.

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

i had a 2.5's off the turbos merged to a single 3" straight through and honestly it sounded like there was a motorbike in my boot. It was very deep sounding but just way too loud. Gave me a headache for entire week after i had it installed.

Took it back and they welded a little flange in the rear muffler to recirculate the exhaust around the can and it's awesome now.

Lol I know 2.5 is bigger than 2... I did maths.. I think... LOL!

Maybe the Turbos on mine make a diff... since its sequential, so the primary is still spinning even below 4000rpm.. but I have no idea what I'm on about... lol

Thanks mate, I'll take it to an exhaust shop and have them take a look at it... its not unbearable, but not nice either... if I'm cruising, I want it to be nice

Ha ha.

Wogs = concrete everything. Backyard, gardens, front yard, driveways, you name it, they will concrete it. A popular saying for us wogs; we came, we saw, we concreted! :D

Spewing Pete, that sucks big time... All that work, time and effort...

Indoor soccer tonight at 7 PM. Nice early game. :)

We are playing a team named Banana Skins. And they're not from Queensland.
