Or should I say Western Australia? Under FairWork though it should be the same everywhere.

Me too. I've looked at my BBQ for a bit now, and whatever I do isn't going to be as effective as pony'ing up for a Weber-Q thingy. Also, it will look crap because all I'll do is tech screw some guttering pieces to the side of it.... !

Just the best way of applying indirect heat for smoking one of those webers...!
