I'm with Bankwest now... and they are pretty good too... good rate... I'm paying less than I did with my old house per month... and this new house is 50k more expensive... LOL!

Well, in addition to smashing out around 6 hours a day on this forum, and actually writing a fair bit of business for the chaps in here (Which I basically get fsck all profit off because I cut their rates down so low), I do call what we call "Triggers" for people who are NAB Customers, with high deposit balances, and no lending. We basically call them and say "Hey, you're awesome, so did you want half a mil to buy a place? Yes? Fantastic, I'll see you Xday"

Then they come in, I sign them up to about 10 different accounts, credit cards, insurance, savings, financial planning, home loan, etc etc, and we're done.

Its not so much that I'm "scared" to leave, its just that I usually don't have time. I mean, I run a Bank, I also run my own Business, I have a fiance and a dog to take care of, and now that video editing has practically taken over my life, well, you get the jist.

On the other side though, I'm always extremely accommodating to those who do make the effort to come over here. Aint that right Yosh?
