Any reason why I'm getting oil coming out of my timing belt cover? I can see that the gasket is broken but I thought this area was dry?

The leak is right at the top of the gasket close to the harmonic balancer.
Also if there's oil in there is that a bad problem for driving?

I would assume it is bad, but I don't think it would slip like a acc. belt. Not sure if it would ruin the belt at all having oil on it?

Maybe open it up and check inside to see if the oil is leaking on the belt.
