Leaking in the front and slight knock in the rear once i stiffened them up. The thread on the front left was seized as well.

yeah righteo good u got it all sorted..
and u replaced the mid section huh. what was wrong with the cat? it had a 400 cel racing cat in it, what cat did u put back in it....
