Windscreen molding removel

Anyone know how to remove the rubber moldings that go around the outside of the windscreen?
Also is this a factory item or do you just get a new one from a windscreen place?

They just pull out mate. Take off the bottom plastic bit then grab it at the bottom corner of the windscreen and pull it out . They just press back in also so no need to replace it unless it's broken.

I was gonna try restorate it because its all faded and brittle from the sun
might need to get a new one. wasn't sure if it was pressed in with the window it self.

also tried to take the moldings off no way they are coming off with out ripping em.
