AusPost just lost a $948 order with an irreplaceable item inside. I'm sure your diff cost more, just saying I feel your pain!

They don't want to know about it!

How does this happen?

Sucks big time :(

you would be surprised how often stuff goes missing through aus post/couriers these days.

for junior nationals this year, one of the girls from our team from Grafton decided to courier all her gear from there to Sydney, because it worked out cheaper.

the stuff overshot Sydney Completely and ended up In Melbourne. luckily she sent it with a few days spare before she started bowling so it could be found and fixed in time!

just one of the stories i have of my dealings with courier companies

Boys in the know...

GoPro Hero2 for $150, but no mounts or case? Worth it?

More like $100...
$150 is what I paid for mine with a 16gb sd card, waterproof housing, usb cable/wall charger.

On the courier side of things..

They always lose my shit coming from America. I don't know why... but in the last 6 months, I've had to get 4 refunds on items bought from the USofA, because they never showed up..

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Never ending cycle of wanting things for car :P I think it may be nearing the time to do something about the sound system. I am not sure if its the speakers, amps or head unit in my car, but just over 50% volume it starts clipping like a motherfucker if I have the 'bass' up just a little too loud. :( needs moar doof doof. Oh well, I rarely listen to it cranked anyway.

Maybe just speakers getting crackly?

tsg, what speakers, amps and headunit do you have now?

Either something is running out of juice or signal somewhere is too hot!

It's the stock McIntosh gear (to my knowledge). I noticed it on the way home just now. As soon as it got a bit of bass holy Posted Image'ing popping.

Nhra isn't confusing. But I'm starting to not get it.

I genuinely used to have knock offs of those glasses.

Hahahaha remember the day in Cowtown when you were being all friendly with those two Redbull chicks, wearing those glasses with one lense missing. All without knowing the lense was missing. Hahahaha what a bell end!

Also why have you never told me you used to play soccer before?

Sig worthy.

Because he knows you like to watch people not score goals for 90 mins.... he didn't want to give you any ammo to come back at him with! :P

How does this happen?

Our most common is a non-licenced PO will sign for it and then 'attempt delivery' and since they signed for it, they mark it off as delivered. Then it magically disappears. The frustration is high right now, I literally CANNOT replace this order, and it's not the monetary value, this was a custom present for a 60th.

:(

@Brett: Those beezies loved my steezies. Also, why would I tell you I played round ball? You'd twist it into something!!!

:D

Carlsberg has wriggled it's little way right into my price range now that it's brewed at Coopers.

Also, soccer goal. C'mon.

Carlsberg @ $38 > LC's Pale at $67
