I think quiet might have been in a hurry with that one. Not sure if he is approaching it from the aesthetic angle, practical angle, or wondering how much the job will cost?

Devil's Lair Fifth Leg - Red is a good one for cooking, it's a blend, but soft enough to use for braising without overpowering. Should be about $10 from a Wollies/Dan Murphys.
