I'd be tempted to agree with this, but I know you do a bit of curry... it really is the best way of using a forequarter for mine.

Was trying to find something from a cookbook I have at home, this is pretty close;

I do a bit of curry because I love curry :)

I want to try the cooking in red wine thing again. Maybe I need a nice red to do it?? Something not so over powering?

I prefer to use Merlot over the stronger CabSav/Shiraz wines.

Suggest a brand? They say don't use a wine you wouldn't drink. Makes it hard for me!!!

I would have to omit the sans from that. But could substitute with lentils or something?

I think quiet might have been in a hurry with that one. Not sure if he is approaching it from the aesthetic angle, practical angle, or wondering how much the job will cost?

They are awesome. As long as you don't visit an airport!

Yeah lentils for sure.

Devil's Lair Fifth Leg - Red is a good one for cooking, it's a blend, but soft enough to use for braising without overpowering. Should be about $10 from a Wollies/Dan Murphys.
