Bathurst's were all manual 351's.Will get him to get some pics. He lives up in QLD on the Gold Coast. I specifically remember him telling me it had some kind of additional structural bracing, and the reverse scoop which made it hella rare. I thi k it has a 351 and an auto, but it's been a long time since I've seen it.
In addition to the 'normal' Cobra's they had:
Idler arm brace
Scheel front seats
Thermo fans
Inner rear wheel tubs moved inwards (like the tubs aren't big enough!!)
and some other cool stuff that escapes me....
Ford also built 13 'pre' Cobra's in Dec 1977 (All Cobras were built in June 1978) without any fancy paint but with all the goodies and sold as a plain Jane Falcon.
