Agreed it looks great and clear coating does sound like a good idea and no you have a S401 garnish and good luck with the mesh grill I think it would look good I think and as always I love seeing what new ideas you have got for your car

Car is looking great - love the silver and black look! Not sure how that mesh would tie in with your honeycomb grill though...

^ agreed I am after a mesh front grill for my Lib that will tie it all in, anyhow put a clear coat on the tinted lights looks nice all glossy, thanks Sheppo for helpful info, here's to it staying that way , also dumped all the diff oil and Auto transmission fluid too running silky smooth now heres the final result and also a new fav pic of my car from another Liberty owner(pre tint)

Ok does anyone know if rear GC8 seats will fit in a Gen 3 lib? Ive been offered some and just wondering if its a simple bolt straight in thing and also is it a split rear seat? ie none or 50/50 or centre fold down....etc any help cheers

 

 

Just tried them they will sit lower than the rear parcel shelf so they wont fit and because they are a 40/60 fold down split the securing backrest brackets dont match ,im sure you could mod them but not worth it and mega no no  for insurance purposes, hope this helps

Ok took my Lib for a good drive today felt good sitting on 110 instead of peak hour crawling and she purred beautifully however my Hubby said it seems to be reving a little too high so when at 110kmh she sits on around 2500rpm in top gear(Auto) 2.5i so was just wondering what you other lib owners get RPM wise when doing similar speeds, is it normal or could my overide button be stuck on?Not sure as it doesnt really bother me but would be good if she could save a bit of fuel, cheers

2500 is good! Mines at 3200 at 110.
