Hey,

 

Im gettin a 'knock noise'  from the front LHS, it only knocks when hitting change in surface height, smal pothole, driveway lip...

 

it is progressively getting worse

 

it sounded like the sway bar links, but ive changed them on the weekend. the knock is still there and has not changed. so there goes that idea.

 

my next port of call, is the bushing in the attached pic, it does look a bit weathered, and some type of wear marks.

 

could this be a source of my gremlin, and if so, can these be changed easy enough, and where to get them from?

Control arm bushes. I have a very slight knock coming from my left front wheel too but I'm pretty sure it is because of my hub which I am replacing. To the point, I've also bought some Whiteline bushes from Mark (CRUISN) which I am installing as soon as I receive the hub. He should be able to help you out man.
