ive found some rotas for my RS impreza and know the subarus pcd is 5x100 but is there anyway that ill be able to fit 18x9.5 + 18 all round on to an RS

Nissan is 5x114.3,  they WILL NOT fit your subaru RS

With the right pcd, you'll be able to fit them with rolled guards and coilovers, without those you'll scrub hard. Not sure about offset though.
I scrubbed with 18x9.5 +38 i think it was. That was with standard shocks and low springs. They rubbed on the shocks and the guards would have sat on the tyre.

Agree, with the right specs, and suitable mods to wheel arches, suspension etc, it can be done. However, going from +55 to +18 is going to make fitment an absolute nightmare with the suspension - you effectively just pulled the entire inside edge of the rim 37mm closer to the struts. Coilovers can generally fix up to approx 15 to 20mm of offset difference, but 37 is going to be fun to deal with. Not to mention the fun you will have with your inner guard liners.
