Nik. Oven trick worked awesomely. I have a baking tray that has holes all through it. Supposed to make shit crispy. It was already hot and cooking chips, bacon turned out great! Plus the chips got a bit of bacon fat seasoning

Heaviest I seen this year was when I was at Mum and Dads earlier this year - BOM recorded 204.8mm in 24 hours then 158mm the next day.
