hey hey

so i want to buy this

http://www.bestmuffl...8089e9205b9ed28

and put something like this on it

http://www.ebay.com....13957ed5&_uhb=1

questions:

my mate knows how to weld and has all the equipment at his place, would i be able to get him to use an angle grinder on the stock muffler, cutting that off where it welds on, leaving the stock pipe in place and welding the new muffler on? would that work? is the diff back pipe just straight pipe? i just feel like this is a very face cringing way of doing things but it could just be that this is my first car and im new to all this.

when i sell the car ill sell it as is and just give them the stock muffler as a spare part sort of thing.

also what inlet size do i get for my new muffler to fit the stock pipe?

thanks

luke

It's not straight, it has a bend in it.

It's 2"

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.
