So, I've been a busy beaver doing massive amounts of research. From the general gist of it. You can EcuTek a B4 ecu to suit singles but I didn't want that.
MurfB4 has been absolutely awesome with helping out with info and direction but I decided to try something due to the piggy bank getting tight. I was recommended many aftermarket ecu's but I decided I would use an AUDM WRX ECU since it was the platform closest to what I am running.
Took a tiny bit of playing and now I have the ecu sorted out.
Just doing my run in now and then comes a dyno tune. I will need to figure out who to use to tune my stockie bugeye ECU in the hybrid B4.

Although, less aids on the road now.
Off to the mechanic, then to the body worker. Then TINT MY CAR!
Single turbo conversion and engine rebuild on the way. vf34 here I come after market forgies! woohoo I'll see what happens when the B4 gets home after much needed TLC.
OH and Defi BR gauges are going on! finally after 2 years!

I initially read this as a forsale ad, which made it even more entertaining.
I probably would have bought it.
Will, what have you done to it?? by the sounds of things, you haven't stopped driving it since you bought it, sitting at 267k on the clock, I think I sold it to you with like 130k lol.
Take it back to Liverpool Exhaust for the dump pipe and give them a massive WTF! while pointing at the crack.
Would love to see this car again

Sounds like you got your moneys worth out of it. Seen a few B4's make it over 250k.

Update. B4 still undergoing its transformation into a single Turbo, still at the shop and i'm trying to figure out the ECU part :S.
WillC 02 Feb 2014
If all goes to plan yep. I'm down to 1 CEL code now. Trying to figure these out and disable them on the ECU is a PITA.
We removed a bunch of stuff in the conversion.

All CEL lights are cleared now. o2 sensor is functioning properly. I have backed down the richness by adjusting the injector duty on the ECU and it does feel different. More responsive and rev's cleaner. The tune is not complete yet as I am still missing my turbo as its still running until wastegate pressure due to the new engine run in. It feels like the fuel economy is significantly better and I can't visibly see the fuel needle move as I travel only 20km. ( On the standard map the Fuel needed would just drop by at least 1/8 just going 20km)
