Becoming a tradie (mechanical fitter) was the best decision i've ever made. I hated studying and have always been hands on. I was lucky and got my forklift ticket, elevated work platform, and dogmans ticket first aid. Got paid days of work to do them and the company payed for the courses.
to become a tradie/go to tafe or go to uni.
Much decision
I was also lucky and started my first year on a decent wage. But id do it while your young and can get away with being poorish.
But i dont think being a uni student would be any easier money wise
4years gaurentee'd work is pretty cool when your young. You've missed the ship for all the bigger companys for 2014. But still lots of oppurtunitys
