I guess this happens occasionally. Really not a big issue when I never ever have to pay fees and have great interest rates. Plus lines are never long at the branch, it's easier to get hold of someone on the phone and they're always much friendlier in store!

Water pump shit itself at someone's chalet.
forked now, no backup because it's in getting rewound.
Took the pump from my place. Shit pump won't go so had to make a myriad of extension chords to get power to it.
Long story short. Language barrier + $1200 refund, PLUS they are staying because I couldn't get them in any where else.
