I don't think they will, the UK thought their car industry was dead, yet they assemble Honda Civics (as an example) these days. I think assembly will remain for various manufacturers, but building our own cars is a dead idea. Despite popular belief we need a larger population, we're becoming a nation of entitled :fork: -wits and over qualified individuals.

I don't understand how you don't know you have been bitten by a shark until you see blood?

Police said that about 6.15pm, a 26-year-old surfer at Shelley Beach felt something hit his right hand.
When he looked down, he realised he had cuts to his hand and blood on his leg.

The surfer went to Port Macquarie Hospital, where doctors told him the wounds were consistent with a shark bite.
"He did not see a shark and was unaware at the time that he could have been bitten by one," police said.

I wouldnt bother with doing mechanics at tafe. Nor would i go to crazy on an expensive tool kit.
You'll learn alot along the way. Service manuals tell you exactly what to do. You cant go wrong 99% of the time.

When i was 17 I used a $30 socket set from supercheap a couple of old spanners my dad gave me and did a gearbox/clutch swap on my own.

I think alot of people just dont have confidence in there own ability. It can be a bit daunting at first but just think about the small easy things to do and a bigger job doesnt seem so hard

I've done more work on the B4 than I did on either of my Commodores that I had for 8 years just from wanting to learn, and plenty of people willing to help out.

I don't know man, them stories from soldiers losing legs and shit they always seem to say they didn't know. Endorphins and shit.

I didn't realise I'd been stabbed until I got back outside and noticed the screwdriver sticking out of my arm.
