Pretty much the ONLY reason my pay is alright is cause of overtime.

i managed to get $50 bucks for the shell of my wreck, because the guy was stupid.

 

most places pay nothing for the shell.

It has it built in, you flip the front of your helmet up.

Also - adam if you had a proper jacket with air vents it does cool you down quite a lot, all the air vents are pretty well positioned to keep you cool. Look at a Dririder one.
