Nuke patty and cheese, toast bun on toastie machine. Maybe sizzle the patty on there too.

Assemble all other fresh cut components and add condiments!

Pete, if I wasn't selling these 18s I have on my Pulsar, I would have grabbed those 215/35s off you.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Brett, a lot of the companies I've applied with make it difficult to actually find contact details. But I should look harder :)

It doesnt really matter if you get to the person hiring or not. Its about being proactive. At least you can say you left no stone unturned.

Sig worthy.

Lets just say, if 400 people have applied for a job, and you have to shift through all those CV's, and someone who's applied actually takes the initiative to follow up their application, wouldnt you want to skip to that persons CV and have a look?

Sig worthy.

My understanding of how bigger companies work is, the person doing the hiring has someone else go through the apps separating the wheat from the chaff so to speak. Then the good pile goes to the hiring person. Then they go through the ones that meet the selection criteria and short list.
Like Amsy said, a couple of days after closing is usually a good time.
If there isnt an advertised closing date, why not ring and see if applications have closed? Make a general enquiry as if you were going to apply. If its closed call back and see if you can follow up your app. If it hasnt closed ask if they know when apps close. Then call a few days after that.

Sig worthy.

Drafting job was only advertised yeaterday so I'll give that one a couple of days?

I apply for roles well above my experience all the time.

Its a great way to nail interviews by practice.
