Theres 2 down the road from me and another 2 maybe 20 mins away. Ill go have a look on the weekend as i need for my car as well haha

epicness. let me know if they have one and how much :)

There's a few Gen 2's up here at Tuggerah.

What's a speed sensor? I could probably get one for you :)

ooh yeah Morgan? speed sensor goes into the top of the gearbox and kind looks like an 02 sensor. need be a little careful when removing as the plug can crack but shouldn't be a drama if you take care. let me know if anyone has one and how much. thanks mate!

Sorry, Bro :)

i can't stay mad at you

Mine failed. I got one from Benny. Auto one which is good as it doesnt have the loom coming off. Its just a plug straight on the end of the sensor Aek. I think the one that failed with the 200mm of loom failed because it was close to the turbo. This new one takes all that slack away.

I have to do my neutral switch now but. Thats a 'drop the 6 speed" job as its o. Top of the gearbox, but towards the rear!!!!

Cnut!

thanks for the ideas fellas.

Chris/Shaz we should talk. i think we need all the advise that's available to us with this one!

I think the goal for this is pretty simple. there are no plans to make this into a show car or anything like that, mainly just something that'll skids. it's got a fair amount of rust that needs attending to so will probably start there and continue to research which way to go for power/driveline

haha yeah that's happening too ;) did a couple of things this arvo. just need this bloody speed sensor and it's pretty much driveable as a roughy

i bloody hate that car sometimes but when i see it i fall in love all over again. every time

Makes rust repair and future paint heaps easier.

Maybe Glen from JJ can give you some advice on a reliable rotary :P

Everytime I see your GENII it makes me think I should have done my conversion to a GENII also. Its a good looking car!

Good luck with the new project, Always had plans to buy another car to have a new project to do slowly.
