I am looking to put a set of after market turbo headers onto my B4 with single turbo goodness.

My question is what are the differences between the 96-01 headers and the 02-07 headers?

Cheers in advance for any help!

You should buy those!

As for your question, i do believe headers are all pretty much identical, bar some O2 sensor placement differences and obviously twin scroll and single. From 1989 to about 2011 i don't think they have changed a bit.  I reckon the new STI will even have the same ones since they are recycling the old 2.5!
