Hahaha Adam, that pic did make me laugh But I did manage to put the new tyres on and balance them, changed the the oil while I had the car on the hoist and regreased the sway bar bushes.
Hoping that the rain and swell is gone for tomorrow, going to go out on the boat with Dad if it is and chase some snook and dolphin fish

He got very lucky! doesn't seem to be any damage at the moment, Dad told him to keep an eye on the oil levels or bring it in so that they can check it a bit more often and see if the thing is burning through oil, also said to listen out for any sounds that are not normal.
Dude himself wasn't a bad bloke or anything, just really clueless when it comes to cars.
For Jase - I had a muck about with the Snap On scan tool, I actually like it, really easy to use and seems to have a lot of features... I did like that you just plug this transponder thing into the cars connector then do all the main work on the touch screen main unit thing, was pretty cool that it connects wireless to the network and you can print out a list of logged codes and shit if you want.

My sister's fiance took his car in for service. They told him it needs a new muffler, they told him they'd do a good job.
I think they did a job on him.
Good job fitting the muffler, they just fitted the wrong one......
Dad ordered new tyres for my car yesterday because mine are pretty much done for.
Now I have to fit the fuckers.. So can't be arsed
How dare he do that and not fit them.
Shame on him for making your car safe.
I'm sure the 'crazy offset, let's push the wheel out by 6 inches' hub spacers had nothing to do with the wheel coming off.
At least it is safe until he fixes it.

Do you know the model code.
I cant get our new Bosch one to work. Forking cubts at IT have the joint locked down tighter than a fishes arsehole, so the computer thinks that the scan tool is some sort of Nigerian threat.
Works on my personal laptop just fine.
