i know what you mean Ash. But decent tyres help too. From my experience going to RWD isn't bad like i thought it would be. but the HSV's are a bit better than a run of the mill bommadore.
I love the torque of the v8, so easy to drive slow, don't even need to rev the thing over 2000rpm most of the time. its like 20psi power from idle. from idle to 4000rpm it makes a really nice deep tough V8 sound, once it hits 4000rpm you can hear the engine working and the note changes a bit more and it sounds like your riding in a V8 supercar.
