Hi Guys, I've just noticed something unusual with the headlights of the car, when i signal with the control rod my headlights flicker.. has anyone every had this problem .. it seems to be an issue with the actual control rod itself as a little playing around with it stops it from flickering when i signal. Cheers Will C

New head light switch or relay?

Hi Soop,

that would be my thought but its at the high end.. where you turn the nob to switch your lowbeams on. Is there a way to take it apart? anyone ever done this before.?

Cheers

this might help?? remember.....whenever you disconect the battery and reconnect it, you will have to put in the master code, so if you don't have it........ i think you should........ expect some frustration when you reconnect the battery

Hey Jovi, is it possible to wire up the lights so when you turn the low beam on, the parkers turn off? Sorry for the off topic, Will...

I reckon it looks better for the park lights to turn off when the headlights are on. Looks 'cleaner'.

I should probably get LED parkers and then see if I think the same though...

well that makes it a tad more harder to do but its doable, you need to turn just the fronts of but still keep the dash and rears working. to much time and money u will spend if u tackle that. but hell i like doing strange inovative things maybe one weekend we can get to it..

oh there is also a legality issue with that as in NSW the law is 2 parkers and 2 head light

Yeh if its too much money/effort, its probably not worth it. I just don't like LED parkers because they're too bright and stand out too much. And I usually drive with my parkers on. But hey if I'm interested in wiring them up differently, I'll let ya know...
