Projector headlights

First impressions were - 'My car is wearing spectacles' They look a little odd and I'm not sure if I prefer the look of them over my standard headlights. But they have grown on me over the past couple of days.
I'll echo all the usual pros about projector headlights now; the light distribution is better as there is a distinct cone of light and a clear cutoff point. This is the opposite to the original reflector headlights wired up to HIDs as there was a bit of light scatter unevenly distributed.
So yeh, what do y'all think?

Don't tell me that AFTER I've got 'em, lol. They look alright.
Projectors are getting a bit long in the tooth these days though.
But how are they long in the tooth?

Oh ok, your not critising the technology/design then Yeh they are common in cars now. Even your average Mazda 3 and Toyota Camry's have them as standard I think.Just see them all the time.

Of course. I meant average by todays standards.Well.
When you say average Mazda 3 or Camry. They're still light years ahead of what the 12yr old RX is in terms of technology. So they'd damn well want to..
Nevertheless, its nice driving around in a 10+yr old car that has lights as good, if not better than some of todays cars
Now I just need to get my park lights to match....

You idiot.
Every second Gen2 has them now. How does it make them stand out?

well its a common upgrade thats why maybe? but i get what you are saying its over done too many people have it, just like black rims and legacy garnishes, it was great when a few people had them but when its becoming an epedemic it gets ruined....You idiot.

Thats happens shiv, a magnet FTW....^I'm pretty sure he already mentioned 'granny spec' in his initial post....
Anyways, I'm useless I was trying to adjust my lights and managed to drop the screwdriver all the way to the bottom of the under-tray
I dont give a f*ck how fast it is....there's no joy in threatening people.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.
It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Looks good though, personally I love a gen2 with projectors. Huge improvement to the front end.
Im with you.
If you compared projector equipped Gen2's to not, Id say its still pretty uncommon.
