I just spent an hour trying to fix my boot release. There was no adjustment on the cable so I forked around for ages trying to shorten the cable.

Full dodgy mechanic spec.

Couldn't fix it.

Turns out there"s an "opener cancel" lever on the boot latch.  fork it!

Who would have thought.

Hahaha I seen her massive rant on FB about it..... having said that, they aren't really doing anything wrong... maybe taking pics with dead things is a bit iffy but feral pigs and foxes and stuff are destructive as shit and need to be shot so they don't destroy our natural environment, they already do a lot of damage to it.

I was kind of surprised to see her and some of her friends so against the page..... I guess they have never really spent any time in the country to have first hand experiences with such things.

Yeah, I think its more the fact that they use dogs to track them, and attack them, and then the dogs get fscked up in the process. I don't think she actually cares about feral pigs tbh.

Ahhh ok yeah fair enough I guess! I have seen a few dogs with injuries return back from hunting trips out west.

Not all hunters use dogs though, most of the blokes I know who hunt don't use them.

We don't use dogs to get the pigs, we would rather track and shoot ourselves. That being said we usually have someones dog with us but they rarely engage a pig or any other animal.

I wonder how she feels about shooting feral donkeys lol. Talking to people who don't shoot about shooting and they are usually fine with pigs and foxes but when I bring the feral donkey trip up 90% of them seem to think its inhumane.

Dads mate shoots feral goats too, I was having beers with him the other night and he was showing pics of them on the spit (he generally goes after pigs and goats so he can eat them).

Yeah, its just the dog thing. She is a huge dog lover and hates seeing injured dogs, etc.

I don't think she would care too much about the feral stuff.

In any case, thats not a conversation I could be farked starting.

Yeah that is more than fair enough too, I am against using dogs to hunt.

Yeah hahaha I held my tongue on that conversation on face book because I knew it would not end well for me :P I guess now you point out what her problem is with the whole issue I can see her point.
