ok this shits me..

Yes some of it is partially plug and play..

the parts that wont work... Temp selection

and Inside/Outside air..

the rest would.. but it makes it kinda pointless.

if you were to do this you need to find like an RX or outback with the whole lot as there are heaps of differences between the series and years .

i found 3 different parts and part numbers for the same air bypass box when i was looking to replace my broken one..

all 3 cars had Climate control but the parts were not interchangeable.. so you really need to find a whole car at a wrecker if you were to do it..

you will also need to wire in the Temp sensors (internal and external)

all in all.. its a shit job to do but it is possible.

Seeing as theres an RX at the pick a part what bits would be needed to do the swap. I can think of

Temp sensors

Control panel

Heater Core

Parts of the loom

Aircon?

Read something about a sun load sensor?

Sun sensor is in the dash. . Against the windscreen. . I have one spare.
You need all heater boxes with the same motors etc.. To be honest just get the whole lot. And ill take the dash to try something ;)
