Does anyone know if Itook a keyless entry system from my gen 3 rev d/e liberty and put It into my rev a/b liberty it would work? I'm thinking all I'll need to do is re-program the remotes
The rev a/b keyless entry doesn't flash the indicators which is I annoying! But the newer ones do

It's easier to just buy a flasher circuit or tap a hazard switch wire to the drivers door lock circuit (with appropriate diodes).

What if I've already got a keyless entry system sitting there? It's just a matter of unplugging and plugging the new one in.
But what I want to know is will it work?

From what I've heard they're exactly the same but they just don't hook up the indicators for some reason? I read somewhere it might be because when Subaru brought out the newer revision they had something extra

I'm going to get the part now and I'll post up my results
