I don't think that how far off the road he come is really such an important detail for the photo thread :D he was ok, car was ok and everything else was ok so I think it is all good.

Just a Hero3 Black Edition, not the 3+, they came out after I got this one

Sweet. Did you use the suction cup mount? I'm going to grab it today. Should create some fun at Subinats.

Does anyone know what the police officer ended up telling whoever spoke to him?


Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

He was sitting on the other side of the road with the radar
Eventually he came over and just asked who and what we were doing
He was pretty nice about it and just said basically don't do anything stupid

With the rate we were coming I don't think he wanted to stay round too long

I definitely want to. If I'm not doing the driver day is there any point in going up on the Saturday? Only reason I might not be able to do Saturday is because of family commitments in the afternoon.

Thanks guys, it was my first real time using that camera for car stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt heaps as I went. Was given a heap of hints before hand which made it a lot easier. Took a heap of shots of people driving by but didn't have the shutter speed set fast enough. I know how to set it up for next time so was a good lesson at least.

Also never got a chance to test the video capabilities of the camera. Wish I was at the front of the pack after Wollombi as I would have liked to set up like Grant did after that second single lane bridge. Oh well.

I have a heap more photos to but those were the ones I liked best

Yeah you should probably be saying this to atleast 50% of the people on that cruise, only once during the whole time i didn't have someone riding up my ass -_-

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
