Just unclip the brake lines from the strut and clip them back on when replaced. Easy.Just a quick question regarding the removal of struts...
Do I need to remove the brake lines in order ot remove the OEM struts and replace with Billies?
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

My Gen2 has solid mounts for the brake lines.
Next time i remove them im going to slot them so i dont have to bleed them again.
Yours will be no problems Chris.

Stuff bleeding the brakes just cut them first go, do they even do anything other then hold the brale line there?
Hack saw + pliers on the Gen2's. Make your own slot . (What dumb shit came up with that design anyway?)
Worked sweet as for me

heheh, I need to go and do a suprise attack on him,
I haven't said allo to fat head in a while now
What condition are the billies in?
For sure... Hopefully we'll get a chance to catch up when he's in Melbs..
The billies are so clean it's not funny. No leaks, no scratches, seem to be spot on.. For $400 I think I've scored a bargain. BUT, we'll wait to see what they are like when they are on.

better to find out first. put some pressure on the strut (push down hard) should have plenty of compression and watch how it returns.
if its fugged it will drop down fast and not return fast

Thanks mate... Naturally I tried that as soon as I had them delivered! They are on the car now and are nice and firm. DIY on the way!
