ok thanks for EOI everyone, i'm sent over a tentative order so just waiting to hear back on the final pricing.

 

lets hope the AUD has a bit of a rally as it was .87 cents yesterday but almost .93 cents when i first made contact with them!

ok guys so i've just had confirmation of the price which will be $75 USD or $87 AUD + postage. The normal price was $104 USD or $120 AUD + post. (those prices are with todays exchange rate). not a bad $30 saving there!\

 

what i now need is some detailed measurements and photos of a few cars.

 

Gen 1, 3 and 4 Liberty

 

I need pics of the point where it mounts to the bonnet and the quarter panel and measurements between those two points when the bonnet is up using the bonnet stay/prop. If people with those cars could take those pics and measurements on post them in this thread that would be a huge help to get this run into production.

Here's what i think you need for the gen1 measurements, if you need anything else let me know.
 
The distance from the hinge of the bonnet to the 2nd bolt on the fender is 410mm.
The distance from the hinge to the top 'divot' is 330mm. 
and the distance when bonnet is up on support is 140mm.

From the centre of the strut ball mounts its 430mm with the bonnet open. 

 

The ball mount on the bonnet at centre is 25mm higher than the upper bonnet hinge bolt.

When is the latest you need final numbers? I may have interest in a set for a gen 3, in addition to the gen 2 set I have already put my name down for.

Edit: there is no longer any interest in the additional set for the gen3/BE. But just to clarify- I am still waiting the set for the BG, which has already been added to the list in the original post.
