Wrx engine/turbo/exhaust?

Hi i have been watching this video of a wrx quarter mile and i love the way the car sounds, i was wondering if anyone could tell me what sort of engine or turbo or exhaust would make that noise? this is the link,

Are you able to have a stand alone fuel management system and a Haltech engine management system or are they pretty much the same thing?
