No probs shell ;) as for mini event maybe when It goes on it's first outing most likely the drags.

Trying my hardest to get a lot done before my jet ski holiday early jan. At this stage should have exhaust sorted before by then not sure about running then but you never know :P .

EDIT: I forgot how good that Video is until this thread. So much Jizz Win!

Agreed viewed this vid many times as with others and now I'm doing the build my self!

Oh and your welcome to come and check out the beast when she up  and running as it's first outings will be a bit of a shake down at the drags although it's not rely what it's intended for ;)

Hi rusty thnx for the kind words. Are you  referring to the exhaust coming out of the side? if so yeah hoping that I'll have room under there for any type of mufflers as most tracks have rules about noise. If there's any issues I'll just go the normal route. 

 

This is some info I found at the Philip Island site.

 

MUFFLERS: all vehicles must be fitted with an

effective muffler which diminishes the sound of the
engine’s exhaust so that the maximum noise emitted
does not exceed either 95dB(A) or 75dB(A) as
specified per the circuit hire contract for the day
measured at 30 metres from the track. Any vehicle
which is not adequately muffled, in the judgment of
the organisers, may be duly prohibited from further
participation

A big thanks to ben at Ichiban Imports for these headers so all I'm going to do is run a couple of pipes like the v8 supercars do half way down the side skirt and fab some stainless plating to protect the skirt around the pipe outlets. I'll also fit what ever mufflers I may need to use hopefully none lol Any one know the deal at a race track in regards to noise? or is it dependent on what type or racing? I'm mostly going to hill climb the car and some drags will do phillip Island and winton for open days not proper sprints or the like.

Here's how I'm able to put what ever wires I needed to directly to the starter at this stage there's 4 although there is room to add more. although now I'm looking to get some terminal type block as some people have said better to not have that so exposed to possible fireworks lol
So I'll be removing this as soon as I've found something more sensible and safer!
