Liberty Gen 1 GX Engine swap/more power?

Wondering what is the best thing to do right now. i'm wanting more power out of my car and i guess being on my p's restricts me even more. The motor in it was swapped out to a gen 2 ej22 and by looks of it the rocker covers look like they are on the way out. I have no clue why they put a ej22 from a gen 2 in it. my theory is due to the paint difference at the front it was involved in a head on smash ;( Any way i just want to know what is the best thing to do right now? (engine swap, Sell?, fix original motor and just leave it till i finish my p's or anything else) cheers.
gen 1 sunroof leak problems.

Hey i'm having some trouble with my liberty at the moment
1 the sunroof doesn't operate properly
2 it leaks really bad.
i thought it had something to do with the sides of the roof with those black panels, but i filled that up with silicon and i still get leaks worse then before. so i'm very much assuming it is the sunroof. could anyone give me a list on what i need to do.
(sunroof does not open due to motor problems) thanks!
