Hey,
Question.
I'm wanting to go back to GEN II's, just love the shape and style of the whole car. Have a 98 GX in the family that I can nab. BUT I want an original RX, or even better Bilstein.
Sooo...What's better? Converting the GX 2.2 to an RX 2.5 (I won't turbo a GX) or just buying straight RX, and later looking at turbo conversion WAY down the track. I ask this because I know what conversions are like, and would like to take some advice before heading over the breach. I also wouldn't mind just buying a nice turbo GEN II if there's one out there for the right price..trying to limit to $10-12k as I'm saving for a HSV and house.
Any advice or opinion would be welcome guy, as long as it's helpful.
