Hey guys i own a 1998 gen2 wagon, and my speedo stopped working the other day would any of yous have a rough idea to what it would be, is it a speedo cable or would it be electronical? Sensor in the gearbox?

that i have put up for swaps just to see what i get offered, last night i got offered a 1994 wrx sedan, 230 000ks red, stock apart from a xforce 3inch cat back with hi flow cat and upgraded top mount, just had breaks and service done, looks really neat but im not quite sure if it is worth it or not even tho it is swapping from na to turbo, cheers

hey guys i have heard that with some modern cars if you take the cat out it can muck up your o2 senser and what not, does anyone if its fine to take the cat of a gen2 liberty?

I own a 1998 GX silver anniversary edition Liberty Wagon

i bought it roughly 12 months ago now.
it was completely stock with 180 000ks

The only issue it had was that it needed a gearbox rebuild and while the gear box was out a new clutch was fitted.

After that when i got some more money together i painted the calipers red, after that i got the windows and the two sunroofs tinted and a 5 inch canon

with the next lot of money i saved up i decided it was time for a big of an audio upgrade, i got my self a sub and a new head unit

i also just a week ago upgraded the rear speakers to some pioneer 2ways that i picked really cheap, front speakers and tweeters soon to be upgraded.

after that not much happened for a while as it was time to save from some new wheels

Since then and to now there hasn't been a lot happening, as i had insurance a pricey insurance bill, but
ive rolled the rear gaurds
got rid of the wood grain by sticker bombing some and painting the inserts of the door white
took the mudflaps off
swapped the Lplates for Pplates
Tinted the tail lights (cheap way to cover up a crack)
Bought a few stickers
took out the tow bar
And gave it 10 000k service

Plans:

Coilovers (which i should be purchasing within the next month)
touch up jobs, such as fill on holes from rear liberty badge and tow bar hole.
RX or GTB front bumper
mesh grill (will probably remake the stock one)
speakers and twetters for the front
Front lip
angle eye projectors
new wheels (wider one with strechies)
wrx seats
any many other things.
