What's cracking Jase? So much has happened on my end.

Bought a unit, married, bought a house, 5-month-old daughter, and gave the Liberty to my brother. I had a new 2018 VW Tiguan (sold last year) and now have a new 2023 Lexus RX350h Sports Luxury. A couple of job changes in between and I'm starting a new role mid this month.

Life is good. How's things going for you?

Hello SubyClub.

Far out Gaz, you have been busy!! Congrats on the daughter, house and the Lexus biggrin.png. They grow up quick so enjoy.

Not much happening down here. RB has barely been driven in the last 2 years (yes I still have it), just sits in the shed under a cover. The novelty of the Megane Sport is starting to wear off so it's in the shed in bits getting ready to move it on in the next few months so then it will be time to blow the dust off the RB.

Definitely sounds like a good car, even better that she loves it! Its pretty much a given for every gen3 251 at this age that they'll need doing.

Has been very. I must've read these responses probably the day they were put up, and then life got in the way and I forgot to reply... Ah well. No news is good news. Gen5 is going good. Still waiting on parts to come from japan, and the gen3 is slowly being stripped of anything of value and sold off. I didn't think this was really likely, but the big ticket items like engine etc are all still there. Its all the small stuff that people want...

I'm just glad that I dont have to touch it! She is getting her CJ Lancer ready to sell, so she took it out for a spin yesterday. Comes home and says "I wish the Foz was a quick as the Lancer" Foz is a  far better car for her, but they are a bit gutless.

Yeah, It seems so. I know I've been flat out lately.

She loves it. It's just had MLS head gaskets, new Exedy clutch, new KYB front struts and new diff front bushes fitted in the last 2 months. I love it because I won't have to touch it for a while! We looked at 2 others, and they both had leaking head gaskets.

Nice looking ride Ben and should be pretty sweet when you've finished the mods. I can't say I've ever seen Gen5 Legacy, are they thin on the ground here?

Also, what's with the 'no sunroof' deal? Just don't like them?
