In my quest for a new sensor it appears I've been arrsfecked. Thought I'd let ya's know so no-one here gets raped like I did. (Feel free to post this elsewhere as I figure the more people that know the less pillaging this failed truck stop abortion will be able to do). Basically after being unable to get the sensor in oz (local dealer couldn't even get it cos subaru japan wouldn't sell subaru oz the part apparently) I ordered one from www.japanesemotorspares.co.uk 3 & 1/2mths ago but it never arrived. Seller stopped returning emails 2 weeks ago after asking for a refund. After a bit of research today I found this http://www.talkphoto...p/t-245707.html basically dude has multiple websites which he takes payments for shit and never delivers (won't let me paste the list in here for some reason but the 12th post has a list of his dodgy sites).
