Coolant Bypass Mod

Anyone ever tried to mod the throttle body coolant bypass? Was reading up on this, supposedly it will lower intkae temperature and free up some horses. It was done on a 2002 WRX but I reckon the 02 B4 should be able to be modded this way also.

Fixing Dash Cluster Lights on BE5

Heya ahmm jus looking for some help here. Basically when I bought my Auto Gen3 B4 the previous owner changed the centre dash console from the original automatic to a manual one (Prbly to hide the real mileage :mad: ) Anyway either it was not fitted up properly or bulbs are blown. Some of the indicators do not work and light up like the check engine light, oil light etc. Also the arm to the right of the steering wheel that controls the brightness of the dash lights do not work. It is permanently on the dimmest glow. How do I diagnose and fix this the easiest way possible? Also where can I find the right type of bulbs in case some are blown. Wouldn't mind changing the color of the console as well.

RSK Rotors

Heya. Planning to change all 4 rotors on my 03 B4 RSK. The stock calipers are crappy. At first I was thinking of going to the WRX 4pots front and 2 pots in the rear along with the new rotors but the price is very expensive and im not packing any serious power. My motor is basically stock only thing I plan to do soon is put on bigger downpipes. So ill just do the rotors. Anyway I wanted to know if these are the right parts: 4650SL 4650SR 4653SL 4653SR The site doesnt list it for the Legacy B4 Rsk, instead its just 2003 Legacy GT or 2003 Impreza WRX exc Sti. Also getting some new Hawk front pads: HB432F.661 Do these fit ? So anyone knows if these are correct let me know.

Downpipes or FMIC

Hey all. I own a 2003 Legacy RSK and have some cash to spend and was wondering whats a better bang for the buck, the Scarles FMIC setup or custom turbo downpipes? Im considering getting downpipes fabricated with 2.5inch coming off both turbos. For anyone who has modded the downpipes, did you feel a noticeable difference in power? I wonder if the FMIC setup will give more power. Please share your experiences and if you have any horsepower and torgue gain numbers please share.
