Your car is in limp mode. Your computer is sensing something isn't right and boost is cut in half so not to damage the engine. Happens to mine quite often when the weather is hot and motor has work done to it.
Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 10min to reset it. Works for mine hope it helps.
