What did you think of the Pilsner Jase? I'm really digging it right now. Especially since we changed up the hops and gave it some more bitterness.
To me it shows that good beer doesn't need to be elaborate. One malt, two hops. It's all about the ferment.
Brewers make wort. yeast makes beer!

Josh 1080 will ferment fine with healthy viable yeast and a higher pitching rate. The problem with diluting as much as you have is it affects your post ferment apparent extract (AE). Ie the percentage of unfermentables per litre. So you might not end up with the beer you set out to brew. It'll be drier. Which probably isn't a bad thing as it seems like you're aiming for an IPA style beer.
