When it does that back off the throttle and give again and see what happens.... Mine does that in top gear wont boost over 5 psi and when i back off it goes again....i think its the issue with the waste gate controller

9 steps and with a bit of know how and a hoist about 2 hours to get it out....

Btw the lifters in these a shims that get replaced so you got to measure them carefully before removal.and dont mix them...

Factory B4 hid's are 4.3K and are crap i have them in my car....As for Hid's being illegal well they aren't legal or illegal, to comply you need height adjuster switch on the dash....

Also Jdm hid are 4 wire plus the height adjustment switch which is 3 wires...the ADM headlight is 3 wire and no wires for anything else...And the retro fit to the headlight in my taste looks bad...

but to answer your question HID is 3 x the light over halogen, and once you go hid you'll never go to a halogen again...
