If you can record the noise and upload it, we might be able to help more.

If it squeals when you rev the car stationary, you've eliminated gearbox/diff. The accessory belts might have been overtightened, this can damage the pulleys. The idler pulley is easy to damage, I have done it. You can test if its this by simply revving the car gently at idle and turning the A/C on. When my idler pulley failed it would squeal for a few seconds then go silent.

Not when stationary, when in gear. I will in the morning, its just about midnight here and i got a young baby in bed cant move.
BUT.... turns out i talked to the mechanic and he said its most likely the transmission fluid... he said when he emptied it there was only about 2-3 qts of fluid in it so thats all he put back in and knows that it should be way more so he'll get them in the morning and put it in. Ill see if it corrects the problem

RHS is front diff dipstick LHS is trans dipstick.
Mechanic has done the right thing.
Please stop saying fuel as its not fuel.
When does it squeak?

My bad im only repeating what he (mechanic) said it was.

Guys, so much bad info all in one place.
From the second photo you can see the vehicle is Automatic,
So yes it has a separate reservoir/ filler for the Front diff fluid
the Centre Differential is housed as part of the transmission.
I'd suggest not going anywhere near this bloke again.
Does the car make the squealing noises when idling in neutral/ Park
or only when you are in gear trying to drive it.??

It makes the noise when i gas up to take off after everytime i stop.it lasts for about 4 secs until i ease up on the gas then continue when it stops
