I just wonder if there's a Chev equiv to ImportMonster.

They have multiple websites and companies of a similar fashion, it's a case of how much do you want to spend. These days you can pretty much build a brand new '32 Ford, '57 Chev or '69 Camaro if you really want to. And then there's modern Corvette chassis swaps, crate motors, the sky is the limit. When you're modding a car that everyone else has been modding for several decades there are plenty of options out there. The difficult part is knowing where to stop.

Loving it, though with those hubcaps and whitewalls, could I suggest period mods? They had airbags and such back in the day, so you can still get it low and awesome, but save the big chrome rims and crazy styling for the commodore crowd, these things stand out even when people think they're stock.

Just found this thread and I'm loving it. I've been contemplating a drift car for a while and with my Gen 1 wagon sitting dead in the street (gearbox failure, I have a spare) taking crap from my Gen 3, I think I might have to get building. Keen to see how this beast progresses, very nice work so far.
