17s on a gen 3 Liberty

How you going guys, I'm thinking about buying some 17inch wheels for my 2000 heritage wagon. If I buy the wheels they'll probably sit around until I put new tyres on them and buy a set of lowering springs.
My question is, if I replace the factory 16 alloys with 17s and put in the springs in which are meant to lower it 30-35mm, how low profile will my tyres need to be to not raise the stock ride height of the car (if that's possible)?

Probably a dumb question but I'm pretty new to cars (always been a motorbike guy), cheers for any input guys! :-)

Climat control and mirrors not working

Hey all, I have a 2000 Subaru heritage and just recently my climate control won't turn or respond and my electric mirrors aren't working either. :-(
I've checked the ac fuse and it's not that. Before it goes out to the auto electrician does anyone here have any idea what it could be? Could it have anything to do with my 12v socket being out of place and not working.

B4 sports shift wheel in heritage?

Hey guys I'm pretty new to Subarus and autos so this is probably a pretty stupid question but just checking. I have a stock gen 3 heritage and was wondering if a B4 sports shift steering wheel would be able to control my four speed? Or would I need a B4 box?
