I ended up connecting my number plate light wiring to the boot "night light", turns on with head lights and becomes brighter with the brake light.

Can you please detail the Legacy garnish harness you made? I have just purchased the legacy garnish and am unable to make the lowbeam brake lights to light up. Thanks!
