Find another mechanic and Subaru expert .Look on our Facebook page as I have done a write up on a Gen 3 with cooling system issues. I would see one a week on average. More so during the warmer months and a heap of them with heads that have been lifted with the cars having other unsorted issues that come back at a later stage like your car.
