Hey guys!
Thanks for your replies! Really helpful. If i was to get a unregistered permit from victoria and then ship it to hobart. The car will get to hobart without a insurancr right? So do i go to the transport office to get it registered then do the insurance? Will that mean i do not have to bring the car to the transport department? How about the road worthy cert? Sorry still not sure what to do once i get the car in hobart. Can someone please advice. Thank you'll so much! Cheers!

Hey guys. Thanks for the replies. Really helps. Im a uni student and i need a reliable car that will get me through my 4 years without a major headache. Just a general question. How reliable is this car and what are the usual issues? Is the cost of maintenance normal as well? I intend to purchase the car in melbourne then ship it to tasmania where im studying. Planning to spend 10k on a car and another 2k to change some of the parts listed in my post. Probably not doing the clutch yet as you'll suggested. I really want a subie. Thanks!!
