Ej208 Vs Ej207 What are the Differences ?

What are the Differences on the 208 and the sti 207 lot of people are telling the 208 is weak not forged the valves are not sodium filled it goes on... but still Subaru used the 208 on the s401 they could have gone 207 to make it perfect but they didn't they used the 208. What are the weaknesses of the 208 and what can we do to make it as good or better than the sti 207.

Car won't start after Fuel pump was put back on

So today I took off the fuel pump assembly to see if the fuel filter was bad well it wasn't so I put everything backin again and tried to start no go! tried 6 times and stopped as I didn't want to drain the Battery what could have gone wrong ?? I'm absolutely sure I put the hoses in correctly and the pump ran the first time i put the car to ignition as I heard it I didn't put the seat back or cover it up because I didn't want to take them off again if I run into any issues glad I didn't

I then took off the fuel line to the far Left and it squirted out petrol so it has pressure I think then again I put the key to ignition to see and the pump ran again for like 2-3 seconds and stop then I took off another hose in the engine bay after a Fuel Damper and again fuel sprayed out in pressure and then put it into a bottle and put the key on ignition and it was pumping again for 3 seconds and stopped.... Idk whats happening atm.

P.S - I didn't take off the E/G fuse and crank the engine to put the pressure out before removing the lines I just opened the Fuel cap and let the air out... What I'm trying to tell is I didn't meddle with any fuses and forget to put them back.

What Type of Bulb Holder is this ?

I have been trying to figure out what kind of Bulb holder this is! Recently I bought a Subaru Legacy b4 and need to re wire the the Fog lamps they are Cibie Fog lamps and one of the holders are missing Can someone tell me what these are they are not HB4 or HB3's

My Legacy is really really bad on fuel! Its a Ej201 with a manual 5t transmission No mods other than a straight through exhaust system.

1.All four injectors Cleaned by ultrasonic operation/ Leak tested.
2.Spark plugs cleaned and was told they are good.
2.Intake manifold cleaned inside out
3.All sensors cleaned
4.The cat was removed due to it being broken inside and rattling.
5.its Straight through now. (it was bad on fuel even before this)
Previous Owner was a COCK he has diverted the Engine check light to not turn on but when you plug the Computer there are like 4 errors
The cam position Sensor was unplugged we re plugged that aswell.

Problems Some times it has a Rev hang and some times tries to stall
